Cake and Garry Pepper.

Today I made a chocolate cake!  ( Whilst running back and forward checking for any updates on ebay ). It is heart shaped, that's the best part! I had a little birdie watching constantly over me, checking to see if I was stirring the right way, putting the right ingredients in or burning off my eyelashes.  Ok so I'm not that bad of a cook, I hope! I did run out of coco though, so it became a semi - chocolate cake. I am quite proud of my little cake, even though it lacks the coco all the other cakes may boast about. I couldn't help but take a few photos of it ...

Gary Pepper Vintage.

Ok so a few of you may already be familiar with this amazing brand. But I would just like to express my amazement for the wonderful eye this talented girl has, every garment is so beautiful and full of character, I literally like...o.k. maybe love every single piece she has hand picked. Without knowing her, I feel proud of the wonderful work that just keeps on coming( I'm not a stalker I promise ).
Gary Pepper truly amazes me and is a complete inspiration. I expect to see big things for Gary Pepper. Oh and she rocks red lipstick!

About Me

My photo
Here's a little about Spearmint Vintage ... One raining day trying to sleep I got thinking about my dream to own my own vintage store, then I thought why not start now! So I began configuring ideas of how to put my love for vintage fashion to use. Then it sprung...ebay, pretty simple. And in case you are wondering the name Spearmint came about through my earliest memory of my dad taking me down to the milk bar ordering his favourite ... a Spearmint milkshake. And well there it was, I fell in love with that word, Spearmint. Basically I go around to op shops and markets and hand pick out items that immediately scream out to me, whether it's the colour, print or style. I'll know when it's a little gem in hiding ...
